Does Triton Aquariums Offer Discounts?

All our current deals and discounts can be found on our website.

How is my ordered Shipped?

All of our Aquariums are Shipped via Freight Carrier.  Depending on Location FedEx Freight or UPS Freight are our primary carriers.  Other carriers may also be utilized.

Do I have to be home when my aquarium is delivered?

Larger items that are delivered via freight carrier require your signature. The freight company will call you at least 24 hours in advance to make a delivery appointment.

Has my order shipped?

When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address we have on file. This email will include a tracking number that will allow you determine the delivery date and status.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, we will send you the tracking number once your item is picked up by the carrier.

Do you have a showroom?

No, we do not have a showroom. Our store is 100% online – this allows us to eliminate unnecessary expenses and pass these savings on to you by offering much lower prices compared to any retailers.

Where are you located? Can I pick up the aquarium myself?

We are located in Chicago, please contact us to arrange free pickup at our Chicago warehouse.  contact@tritonaquariums.com

What is included with the aquarium?

All Triton Aquarium packages come with pre-assembled complete filtration system, pre-drilled cabinet system and LED lighting system. LCD smart control board is built in with all 150 gallons + aquariums. Water pump and air pump are included in all acrylic packages. Please refer to the product page for package details.
